BLU Products has been turning out so many handsets lately that it is no wonder they described themselves as the “fastest growing mobile phone manufacturers in the world.” speaking of which, the Miami-based firm has more to offer and this time round, it has a little sibling for the LIFE Pure, known simply as, you guessed it, BLU LIFE Pure mini Smartphone. billed as a powerful yet compact version of its flagship device, the LIFE Pure mini is aesthetically identical to the larger LIFE Pure (except for the round edges at back) and features a single piece polycarbornate construction, each individually handcrafted. the device touts a thin 8.9mm thickness, but has a massive 3,000 mAh battery that’s good for over 35 hours of usage per charge.
powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6589T 1.5GHz Cortex-A7 with PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 1GB RAM, other details of the LIFE Pure mini include a 4.5-inch HD IPS display with 326 ppi from Japan Display, Inc. boasting eye-watering colors and details, OGS technology touch panel, an extremely thin bezel (lovely!), an advanced 8MP main camera with second-generation BSI sensor, anti-reflection coating lens, 5-element lens setup, HD 1080p (at 30 fps) videoing, a 2MP front-facing camera – also Full HD imaging capable, 16GB onboard storage (no expansion option here, though), 42 Mbps HSPA+ modem, advanced DTS surround audio technology, dual mic noise cancellation, stereo recording, FM radio, plus the usual host of connectivity and sensors.
