get your fix for RC flying in this unpredictable weather with this Nano-Falcon, officially the world’s smallest RC toy helicopter from Japanese toy maker, CCP. despite weighing a feather light 11 grams (0.39 oz.) and measuring a diminutive 65mm long (2.6″), this infrared controlled nano-size RC helicopter features a dual main rotor setup, plus an independently powered upward-facing tail rotor, along with high-performance gyroscope sensor for a highly stable flight. it has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion polymer battery which offers up to five minutes of flight time per 30 minutes charge.

this little indoor flyer offers up to 5 meters of range and controls come in the form of three-channel controls including up/down, left/right turn, as well as forward/backward motions. for kids six years and up (which means we are covered! and that’s an awesome news) and a package that comes complete with the flying machine, one controller (powered by four numbers of AA batteries), and two spare tail propellers. available from June 8 onwards in the Land of the Rising Sun for 4,704.00 Yen (plus tax, which is about US$48). btw, this little guy was showcased at the recently Tokyo Toy Show which attracted 150 toy manufacturers showing off around 35,000 products. click past the jump for a few more look. also catch a video of it in action further down.
