if you are in the market for a portable, Bluetooth speaker, it’s really not hard to find but few can claim a big sound from its compact package like the Damson Twist. employing Incisor Diffusion Technology, it turns any surface that the Twist sits on into a de facto speaker, delivering rich sound and deep bass that far outsize its compact stature. in short, it is like carrying a huge speaker system with you on the road but without the actual bulk and heft. getting started with the Twist is simple: just twist the top half cylinder against the lower half to ‘BT’, let your Bluetooth-enabled media device find and pairs it and you are pretty much good to go. other features include a 3.5mm audio-in jack for non-Bluetooth equipped devices, a 3.5mm audio-out jack for daisy chaining two or more Twists for an even bigger sound, a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery for up to 4 hours of wireless playback (9 if you go the wired route), a current Bluetooth standard range of up to 10 meter (33 feet) and a stylish and minimalist design chassis that any style aficionados would be proud of. oh, it comes with a protective carry case for ease of transportation too, though we have yet to see how this case looks like. the Damson Twist is set to be available on November 30, 2012 with a price tag of £79.99 or US$129.99.
