For years, Hennessy has been helping American muscles to realize more power in exchange for a tidy sum, but now, he wants to push the performance boundaries of the British big cat further with the HPE600 Upgrade Kit that is said to yield 623 hp at the crank with 568 lb-ft of torque on the tap.
The result is a beastly feline that pulls 0-60 in mere 3.5 seconds, taking a good half a second off the stock F-Type Coupe R, and a quarter mile dash done in just 11.4 seconds at a trap speed of 126 mph. If you’re into performance cars of any kind, there is little left to explain how quick that is and if you are not, all you need to know is this: it’s freaking fast. On top of that, you get all the luxury the British marque has to offer, along with some subtle reminder of where this new found power comes from – by the way of a dash plague and a engine plague with a unique Hennessy serial number and some exterior badging, just so that everyone else knows this ain’t your typical F-Type-next-door.
