HTC’s version of the Fingerprint Scan up the ante by allowing you to quickly launch up to three favorite apps by assigning an individual finger to each. though, no word if this particular fingerprint recognition will be as flexible as the iPhone 5s’.

also powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chip, clocking in at 1.7GHz, the HTC One max bigger form factor now packs a larger 3,300 mAh battery (also non-removable) so that you can enjoy more of the phone and spend less time at the wall outlet. other features include 2GB of system RAM, 16GB or 32GB onboard storage – expandable (surprise!) via microSD card slot, UltraPixel Camera (BSI, f/2.0, 28mm lens and more) with dedicated HTC ImageChip 2, a 2.1MP front-facing camera with HDR capability, plus the usual bunch of sensors and connectivity such as LTE radios, GPS (+ GLONASS), consumer infrared remote control, WiFi (supports up to ac and Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX enabled, just to name a few.
