Rebellion’s Judge Dredd is not a particularly huge pop culture thing even though the comic/magazine dates back to as far as 1970s. It does have its followings, just not as huge as those characters dished out by Marvel and DC, probably because of its setting in dystopian future city known as 2000 AD. Seriously, not everyone’s into grim future. Honestly, I am not fan, at least, not until it make it to the big screen, particularly the 2012 Dredd. That was a pretty brilliant piece executed by director Pete Travis. Anyways, if you are fan, then you might be interested in the Limited Edition Judge Dredd Letterpress Set by New York Time best-selling British artist Jock.
The limited edition 2000 AD art prints, under license from Rebellion, features a set of 5 classic Judge Dredd images, each produced in 8 by 8 inches letterpress, contained in a bespoke letterpress portfolio sleeve. Only 160 numbered edition of the Limited Edition Judge Dredd Letterpress Set by Jock is available from Vice Press, priced at £60 (about US$79) per set. Vice Press is also giving away an additional MYSTERY PRINT, also by Jock, to 50 random orders. Though we are not sure how many buyers of the product, which was released starting July 19, 2016, got lucky.
