SOLOSHOT is suitable for a wide variety of situations including surfing, wakeboarding, skateboarding, motorsports and even drag races – thanks to its 40-degree per second rotation speed, it can keep up with a target going at 143 mph (230 km/h). the SOLOSHOT base has a full 360-degree of rotation and the armband is totally waterproof in both fresh and saltwater, and is ruggedized to take on any X games you can throw at it. when paired, the base and the transmitter armband has a range of up to 2,000 feet (610 meters), which should be ample enough for most extreme sports. whether you should beg a friend to be your cameraman or put down a good $479 for a device to do the same job is entirely up to you. check out the product video after the break.
