Bugatti Builds a Bike with Hypercar DNA: Meet the Factor ONE

Bugatti Factor ONE carbon performance bicycle with aerodynamic frame and two-tone Bugatti design

What do a bicycle and a hypercar maker have in common? Nothing. I mean, there’s no such thing as a hyperbicycle. And if a bike ever gets into “hyper” territory, then the rider probably deserves to be called a hyperperson for pedaling like their life depends on it. Anyhoo, enough nonsense—because Bugatti went ahead and did the unthinkable anyway.

Meet the Bugatti Factor ONE, a collaboration between Bugatti and Factor Bikes that tries very hard to convince you that a bicycle can, in fact, carry hypercar DNA.

And to be fair, they did not just slap a badge on it and call it a day.

This thing was engineered without compromise. The usual cycling rulebook? Ignored. The result is a frame with a noticeably wider fork and a shape designed purely to cheat the wind as much as possible. Every line, every surface, every odd-looking bit exists for one reason: to go faster. If it does not make the bike faster, it does not stay.

The carbon construction is just as serious. We are talking advanced materials, sculpted shapes, and a fully integrated design that makes the whole bike look like it was carved out of airflow rather than built. Even the wheels—Black Inc Bugatti Hyper 62, as they are called—are treated like the bicycle equivalent of Bugatti’s own wheelsets.

And then there is the look. Bugatti’s signature two-tone split makes its way onto the frame, slicing the bike visually in a way that immediately ties it back to the brand’s hypercars. It is subtle branding, but unmistakable once you notice it.

Other highlights include a custom Selle Italia saddle, an exclusive carbon crank and powermeter, Bugatti Continental Grand Prix 5000 TT tires, French racing blue accents, Carbon-Ti Bugatti brake rotors, and a unique fork faring.

Of course, this is not something you will see leaning against your local café wall. Production is limited to just 250 units worldwide, each individually numbered, which tells you exactly what this is. Not just a bike, not just a showpiece—something sitting awkwardly in between.

At the end of the day, the Bugatti Factor ONE is still powered by your legs. No quad-turbo W16 hiding anywhere. But in typical Bugatti fashion, even when they step into a completely different category, they still manage to turn it into a statement.

Now, for the good news for bicycle connoisseurs and Bugatti fans with big fat bank accounts, the Bugatti Factor ONE by Factor Bikes is available to buy. For about the price of a 2025 Kia K4, the Bugatti Factor ONE could be yours. That’s US$23,599 or up. Yup. Not a type. It is literally a five-figure bike. For that price, you also receive a bespoke Factor bike bag.

Oh, this bicycle is not a product that you can just click to Add To Cart. You have to consult with Factor Bikes experts first. You can do so at factorbikes.com, where you can also dig deeper into the technical aspect of this beautiful road bike.
