After giving the world chat AI and generative AI tech for creating images based on text prompts, OpenAI now wants to do the same for video creation. Introducing Sora, OpenAI’s text-to-video model that is capable of generating videos up to a minute long based on text prompts.
You gotta see it to believe it. I saw a couple of videos which are created by Sora and my mind was totally blown 🤯. It is however still in its beta stage. Official words:
“Sora is able to generate complex scenes with multiple characters, specific types of motion, and accurate details of the subject and background. The model understands not only what the user has asked for in the prompt, but also how those things exist in the physical world.”
