I’m pretty sure that somewhere on this planet, someone already has a replica of The Simpsons living room in their home. If you are envious, well, don’t be because IKEA United Arab Emirates can help you to create one. In a “Real Life Series” ad campaign, IKEA UAE has recreated iconic living rooms from popular TV shows such as Friends, Stranger Things, and The Simpsons using furniture pulled from its catalog.

Not going to lie. The results are pretty cool. However, I noted that IKEA did not specifically indicate which living room was inspired from which TV show (copyright issues, I supposed?), but you will know it right away when you see the living rooms. Obviously, the sample setup comes with a list of the items required for the setup and their corresponding prices.
Also, I never would have thought IKEA could recreate living room scenes from the 90s, or set in the 80s, using modern living room furniture pieces. I guess it is a way of showing that the furniture of the Swedish flatpack is timeless.
Very clever, IKEA UAE. Makes me want to have a The Simpsons living room now. Hope if I did, Bart won’t show up and take over the couch and remote control.
