This one goes out to all Iron Man fans. This is a pair of custom sneakers by China-based studio, Jagger Studio that is inspired by Iron Man Mark LXXXV suit. Pretty snazzy, right? There is not a lot of info, though.
All we know are, this “MK85“, as it is called, is made of a combination of fabric, leather, patent leather (that’s a type of coated leather with high-gloss finish, btw), has a rubber foam outsole, it is partially handmade, and it simply looks stunning.
Unfortunately, though, it does not light up. It will be even more dope if it did.
The upper is entirely made of leather as seen in the product photos. The words “I am Iron Man” and heart wrenching phrase, “I Love U 3000,” in gold can be found on the side of the sole of left and right shoe, respectively.
On the side panel of each shoe facing inside is a quote from Iron Man 3 in gold and looks pretty against the candy red shoes. Finally, on the collar is the Avengers emblem, in gold too, and the number MK85 in bold black can be found inside the collar flap.
This pair of outstanding high-top sneakers is made by Jagger Studio themselves and so, it is kind of a made to order product. It can only be found on Chinese shopping website, Taobao.com, priced at a modest 488 yuan (around US$69).
