Italian motorcycle maker Ducati isn’t exactly known for off-road races, but last year, Jordon Graham did the brand proud by taking the podium in the Hooligan class of the Mint 400, America’s oldest and most prestigious off-road race, with a Desert Sled.
It is a big deal and one worthy of commemorating. And commemorate Scrambler Ducati did with the limited and numbered edition Desert Sled Fasthouse.
As the off-road bike’s namesake suggests, it is also created to celebrate a collaboration between Ducati Scrambler and the American clothing brand, Fasthouse.
Built on a Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled base, this model features a special livery that replicates that of the bikes used in the race and along with the scrambler is, of course, a capsule collection of Ducati Scrambler Fasthouse apparel.
As far as the limited edition goes, livery is not the only thing this desert two-wheeler has to offer.
The Scrambler Ducati Desert Sled Fasthouse further features an aluminum limited edition nameplate (a very stylish one, if I may add), a brand new dedicated seat with anti-slip cover and striking steel tube trellis frame in Ducati Red.
The rest of the features and specs are basically carried over from the Desert Sled.
These include a 803cc electronic fuel injection L-Twin air-cooled motor producing 73 HP and 66.2 Nm of torque, 6-speed transmission, stainless steel exhaust and aluminum tail pipes, black spoked wheels (19” front; 17” rear) wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires, high front mudguard, extended rear fender, high plate holder, variable cross-section handlebar, and adjustable Kayaba Suspensions with 46 mm fork and 200 mm excursion.
