Edifier’s New WH950NB Pro Headphones Bring ANC, Head Tracking, and 70-Hour Battery Life

Edifier WH950NB Pro Headphones

Edifier turned 30 this year, and instead of celebrating with cake and a slideshow of old speakers, it brought an entire audio buffet to IFA 2026. Leading the spread is the new WH950NB Pro, a pair of wireless over-ear headphones loaded with enough hardware to keep ears occupied for days. Design-wise, the WH950NB Pro also looks suspiciously Sony, right down to the slender arms and smooth oval earcups. Pure coincidence, we are sure.

The headphones use eight microphones for adaptive hybrid active noise cancellation, automatically adjusting to the racket around you. Dual dynamic drivers handle the audio, while Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking makes sound respond to your head movements. In other words, your music stays put even when you do not.

Calls get their own six-microphone AI system designed to keep voices clear while filtering out background noise. There is also Bluetooth 6.1 and up to 70 hours of battery life with ANC switched off, which should comfortably outlast several commutes, workdays, and forgotten charging sessions.

The WH950NB Pro was joined at IFA by Edifier’s XR6 studio monitors, M90 speakers, MW6T subwoofer, and STAX SPIRIT planar magnetic headphones. However, with its mix of noise cancellation, immersive audio, and marathon battery life, the WH950NB Pro looks like the easiest crowd-pleaser of the lot.

Edifier has not announced pricing or general availability yet, so your wallet may remain calm for now.
