myFirst Camera 50 Digital Camera For Kids Encourage Creativity With AI And More

myFirst Camera 50 Digital Camera for Kids

A gadget is designed for kids, but it does not mean it has to be clunky like, you know, kids’ toys. The days of chunky gadgets for kids are over. Children today deserve as much style as grown-ups and “style” (and a lot of it!) is what the latest camera for kids from Singapore’s MyFirst is.

The myFirst Camera 50 Digital Camera, as it is called, is a design achievement. It managed to maintain the kiddish flair that will appeal to children while looking cool at the same time. It is anything but chunky. The beauty of this gadget is more than skin deep; it boasts powerful functions with AI in the mix too.

The myFirst Camera 50 is more than just a kid-friendly camera—it’s a tool that turns everyday moments into creative adventures. Built for kids aged 5-12, this camera uses AI to help young minds bring their imaginations to life, whether they’re filming a mini-movie, creating a photo journal, or just snapping selfies with friends.

With easy-to-use editing tools and fun effects, the Camera 50 makes video creation simple and exciting, no phone is needed. The camera also prioritizes privacy, ensuring kids can explore and create in a safe, controlled environment. And for those who love sharing, the myFirst Circle app gives parents the power to manage who gets to see their child’s work, making it perfect for family-friendly social sharing.

The Camera 50 doesn’t just focus on creativity; it also supports mental well-being with its myDiary feature. Kids can journal their experiences through photos, videos, and written entries, helping them build confidence, express emotions, and create lasting memories.

The durable, kid-proof design, fun color options, and AI-powered features make the myFirst Camera 50 a smart choice for young creators ready to explore the world around them and document it in their unique way. So, yeah, nurturing creativity is more than attending art lessons, going to art exhibitions, and whatnot.

It is armed with a dual camera, btw. There is a front-facing camera and a 20 MP rear camera capable of 20 mm macro shots. The capable sensor and lens are balanced by an advanced shutter control that supports half-press (focus), full-press (capture), and press and holds to start video recording. And yes, it supports video recording too. It can record video at 720p or 1080p at 30 frames per second.

The myFirst Camera 50 Digital Camera for Kids is almost like a smartphone but without the smartphone features. It has a large 3.97-inch screen for framing and selfies, if required, can be further bolstered by a 4000K temperature Selfie Light Bar. Now that is totally lit! Pun intended. Plus, it has an on-screen button tailored for selfied mode.

The device runs on CamOS and it benefits from 1 GB RAM and 16 GB onboard storage. The storage is further expandable up to 128 GB via a TF card. Finally, it is outfitted with a 3.7v, 2000 mAh battery.

myFirst Camera 50 Digital Camera for Kids will sell for 139.90 SGD or US$129.90 stateside, when it becomes sometime in mid-September. But you may be able to secure a unit for less—or 51% less, to be precise at 69 SGD or USD$69—if you pre-order the device now. Do not, however, this discount is available for the 500 units (worldwide stock).

Over in its home turf Singapore, if the 500 units run out, pre-ordering will still snag you the camera at 36% off, at 89 SGD. You can also secure two units at a special discount of 169 SGD or 138 USD.
