The Panasonic Toughbook 33, as it is called, is a follow to the brand’s line of rugged 2-in-1, now boasting improved performance, greater flexibility, enhanced functionality and more security.

The Panasonic Toughbook 33 is the first rugged laptop or tablet with eSIM, supporting both physical SIM as well as eSIM. It is powered by 10th-gen Intel Core i5 and i7 processors with Intel vPro Technology, bolstered by 512 GB to 1 TB NVMe SSD, 16 to 32 GB RAM.

Other spec sheet details include a 12-inch QHD 1,200-nit display, IP65 and MIL-STD certified up to 5-foot drops, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, supports Private LTE and Band 48 CBTS as well as Band 14 and FirstNet, new USB-C port with PD, 50% louder speakers, improved dual array microphone, improved camera with up to 30x faster laser AF and privacy cover, 3x brighter red backlight keyboard out-of-the-box, secured-core PC and Intel Hardware Shield, and choice of hardware encryption with OPAL SSD, software encryption with BitLocker or if so desire, no encryption at all.
