Samsung Galaxy S21 Series Unveiled With Significantly Lower Starting Prices

Samsung Galaxy S21 Series Smartphones

The next-gen Samsung Galaxy S was announced a few hours ago. Like almost every flagship smartphone unveiling, it tried to convince us what a phone should do for us (yawn) and so, we are not going into that. Instead, we shall share with you a few important details that will either draw you to the device or simply turn you around.

However, if you are a super power users and you are compelled to learn every bit of the new devices, you can read them in their entirety HERE and HERE. If not, the important thing here to note are: the new Samsung Galaxy S21 Series is official (and earlier than last year) and like last year, there are three models: Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Perhaps the most important takeaway for International users is, these devices are powered by the much-anticipated Samsung’s new 5 nm process chip, the Exynos 2100, while the rest of the markets, including the U.S., is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Mobile Platform. Also, the Ultra is the first S-Pen compatible S device and the S21 and S21+ both have one less camera sensor. All devices do not come with a charger.

Actually, there’s another very important thing: the new Galaxy S has a significantly lower starting price – US$200 lesser than the Galaxy S20 across the board. The Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S21+ starts at US$799.99 and US$999.99, respectively, while the Galaxy S21 Ultra starts at US$1,199.99. All three phones are available to pre-order now and will launch on January 29.

Instead boring you with all the unnecessary words (which we already did for quite a bit at this point), here are the product specifications in images borrowed from Samsung:
