TARRAN T1 Pro Intelligent e-Cargo Bike Has “Land Gears” For Maneuvering At Low Speeds

TARRAN T1 Pro Intelligent e-Cargo Bike

The long frame design of a cargo bike makes it more prone to tipping over at low speeds—more so when it is loaded with cargo. But that is the other cargo bikes, not the T1 Pro from e-bike startup TARRAN. The T1 Pro is the company’s flagship e-cargo bike featuring proprietary Dynamic Dualdrive landing gears that automatically deploy and retract at low speeds to maintain balance, reducing the risk of tipping over. Yep. This thing has “training wheels”.

The TARRAN T1 Pro may be called a “cargo bike” but it is also designed for families of up to 3 children. That’s right, you can ferry your kids in the cargo “hold” too.

The T1 Pro is long like a cargo bike of a similar nature but that quite as lengthy. Coming in at a compact 2.26-meter (7.41 feet) length, it ensures agile maneuverability without sacrificing cargo space.

The T1 Pro is equipped with a 5.2-inch retina touchscreen with TARRAN OS, which manages lights, navigation, and locking. It also features radar and cameras for continuous monitoring of surroundings, providing real-time alerts for safer rides. Additional features include Bluetooth speakers, wireless charging, and various accessories to enhance urban mobility.

With a 220 kg (485 lbs) maximum total weight capacity and a dual-battery design offering up to 200 km (124 miles) range, the T1 Pro accommodates two children or three Euroboxes in its cargo box. Its full suspension, 180 hydraulic disc brakes, and advanced motor provide a comfortable and safe riding experience. The T1 Pro also includes smart lighting, handlebar buttons for control, and a built-in camera for capturing memories.

Built with recyclable materials and dressed up with environmentally friendly paint, the T1 Pro combines sustainability with high performance and intelligent design. TARRAN’s collaboration with KISKA ensures a sleek, modern aesthetic for this e-cargo bike, making it a standout choice for urban mobility.

The TARRAN T1 Pro e-Cargo Bike will be available to order from tarranbikes.com later this year (2024). However, the pricing will be announced sometime in Q4 2024. Meanwhile, you may learn more HERE.
