You may remember the Bose Sleepbuds from 2018. It was unceremoniously canceled in 2019, a year after it was announced. We thought that was it for Bose with sleep wellness gadgets.
Apparently not. The audio equipment company is getting back into the sleeping game with Bose Sleepbuds II. The function is pretty much the same.
In addition to passively block out snoring, noisy neighbors, the Bose Sleepbuds II also delivers relaxing sounds that not only help you enter the la la land, but also mask any unwanted noise that may disrupt your sleep.
But make no mistake. This ain’t no a pair of TWS pretending to be a sleeping earplugs. One clear distinction is, it will only play content from the Bose Sleep app, which is subscription-free.
Bose said that the new Sleepbuds has a new battery, more powerful driver, and a larger library of enhance sounds. Sleepbuds II now offers up to 10 hours of use on a single charge, plus an additional 3 charges from the charging case.
The app, on the other hand, boasts a library of Bose-engineered noise-masking sounds and relaxation content. You can choose your favorite content and download onto the buds and customize other settings, including personal wake-up alarm.
