LEGO 21226 Art Project – Create Together: It’s LEGO Art For The Young Ones

LEGO 21226 Art Project - Create Together

So far, the LEGO Art series like the 31203 World Map, the 31199 Iron Man, 31201 Hogwarts Crests are targeted at the adult fans of LEGO. Even the children’s cartoon characters like Mickey and Minnie are aimed at grown-ups. However, that changes with the new LEGO 21226 Art Project – Create Together.

For those who don’t already know, LEGO Art is essentially pixelated art… in the real world. It involves 2D tiles in a variety of colors to create an image. The LEGO 21226 Art Project – Create Together is no different from previous LEGO Art sets.

However, this time, LEGO wants to use this set to encourage family and friends to piece the art together. The set features a simple, buildable palette to color-match tiles with 9 image options to create.

There are 4 themes to choose from, namely, Food, Patterns, Icons, and Interests. Just pick the images to make and put them together to form one unique art piece. If you so desire, you can also use the tiles to create a large image of the iconic LEGO minifigure too.

The set packs over 4,000 pieces (4,138 to be exact), and comes with 9 canvas wall decor plates, a buildable color palette for tile organization, 2 unique hanging elements, a tile tool, the main manual, and 9 individual sets of building instructions.

The rebuildable art piece measures over 15.5 inches (40 cm square once complete. Recommended for kids age 7 and up.

The LEGO 21226 Art Project – Create Together will drop on December 04, 2021, for US$119.99. Pre-order is happening over at LEGO.com if anyone’s interested.
