Opulence and PC hardly mix. OK. Maybe it does, but not in the PC traditional way. But what do you know? You can now mix the two, and in the most traditional way possible: a gold graphics card. Folks, behold, the most opulent GPU ever, the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition.
I know. As if the range-topping RTX 5090 isn’t already expensive enough, ROG decided to coat it in gold. And mind you, it is NOT gold paint. The ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition boasts 6.5 g of 999 fineness gold plating.
Created to celebrate the rapid evolution of the Middle East, the Dhahab Edition is more than a graphics card. Its design features a skyline silhouette that transitions from the sands to the skies, accented with Arabic calligraphy symbolizing strength, courage, and unity. You do not need to be a hardcore gamer to appreciate the symbolism, but it helps if you are, because this card is not just for show.
Underneath the gold is NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture with fifth-gen Tensor Cores, fourth-gen Ray Tracing Cores, and DLSS 4. This translates to 3,593 AI TOPS, full neural rendering, and ray-traced visuals that would make Snake shed a tear. The card also debuts ROG’s first quad-fan design with up to 20 percent more airflow, a patented vapor chamber, engineered fin spacing, and even a phase-change GPU thermal pad to keep temps low while you chase absurd frame rates.
The GPU is reinforced with a die-cast metal frame, stainless steel I/O bracket, and protective PCB coating that defends against moisture and dust. A dual BIOS switch lets you toggle between performance and quiet modes, while GPU Tweak III gives you full control over clocks and fans.
The ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition is available now for 17,850 AED (about 4,860 USD).
