Amazon Launches All-new Echo Spot To Celebrate Prime Day

Amazon Echo Spot 2024

Echo Spot, the perfect marriage between an Echo Show and Echo Dot, now has a new generation. Amazon is celebrating Prime Day by launching the Amazon Echo Spot (2024 release).

The Alexa-enabled smart alarm clock designed for your nightstand features a compact device with a colorful display, making it easy to see the time, weather, and song titles at a glance. If you haven’t already noticed. It now has a half-screen/half-speaker design which looks fantastic, IMHO.

The Echo Spot’s display can be customized with various clock faces and six vibrant color options. It also boasts a 1.73” front-firing directional speaker for clear vocals and deep bass. You can set alarms with Alexa, wake up to new custom alarm sounds, and enjoy colorful visual animations when playing music.

Echo Spot supports smart home integration, allowing you to set up Alexa Routines to automate daily tasks. You can also make calls, send announcements, and connect to other Alexa-enabled devices in your household—you know, the usual stuff you expect to do with Alexa.

Privacy is a priority, with multiple layers of controls, including a mic-off button and the ability to delete voice recordings.

The Echo Spot features a semi-spherical shape and comes in Black, Glacier White, and Ocean Blue. Prime members can purchase it for US$44.99 until July 17, in celebration of Prime Day, while non-Prime members can get it for US$79.99.

Experience the all-new Echo Spot, available now for Prime members at a special price until Prime Day.
