Somewhere out there, among these Ferrari enthusiasts, there may be a fan who wants more than just another Luce. They may want the first one. You know, the car identified as Chassis 0. If you are one of them, we bring good news from RM Sotheby’s and Ferrari.
The 2026 Ferrari Luce “Tailor Made” is Chassis 0, the first production chassis of the Luce program. It will cross the block as Lot 345 at RM Sotheby’s Monterey Auction on August 15, 2026, without reserve and with a value exceeding US$1.1 million.
Its exclusive Madreperla Semi-Gloss paint uses a special pigment that shifts from green to violet depending on the light. Rosso Lampante accents, dedicated wheels, bespoke brake calipers, and Ferrari badges against optical-white backgrounds complete the exterior.
Inside, Perla Le Mans metallic leather made from selected Swiss hides is joined by Grigio Corvara secondary elements instead of the usual black trim. A dedicated plaque confirms its Chassis 0 status, just in case the owner needs reassurance that this is not merely an unusually pearlescent Luce.
Ferrari will donate the entire sale proceeds to educational initiatives through The Ferrari Foundation, and RM Sotheby’s has waived the buyer’s premium. The U.S.-specification car will return to Maranello after the auction, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
