Mondo’s Disco Skeletor Looks Like the 2002 Figure in 8K

Masters of the Universe 200X - Disco Skeletor 1/12 Scale Figure - Limited Edition

We received an email telling us about the Masters of the Universe 200X – Disco Skeletor 1/12 Scale Figure – Limited Edition. Just two days later, it was sold out, but this figure is too cool not to talk about. And yes, Disco Skeletor has returned in the most beautiful way possible.

For the uninitiated, long before Skeletor became a meme and wore a workout hoodie for the gym, there was the Flashdance-colored Skeletor, which was later known as Disco Skeletor. Since then, it has been a thing, and now Mondo has given one of the most unforgettable Skeletor colorways its own spin.

It has taken its 1/12 scale Masters of the Universe 200X Skeletor and given it the iconic, snazzy colorway. The result is a figure that we can only describe as the 2002 version but in 8K resolution, if you know what we mean. It’s not hard to see why it is sold out this quickly.

The figure comes with four interchangeable portraits—including classic neutral, worried, and raised-eyebrow expressions, along with a neutral red-eye portrait. It is also supplied with three pairs of hands, his signature Havoc Staff, and a Double Blade Sword. It stands 7.5 inches tall and weighs a pretty hefty 5 lbs. A figure stand rounds out the package.

The Masters of the Universe 200X – Disco Skeletor 1/12 Scale Figure – Limited Edition was listed for US$110.
