Motorola did not just bring foldables to MWC 2026. It brought the soundtrack too. Folks, meet the moto buds 2 plus and the moto buds 2, two new additions to the moto things lineup that are clearly not content with being background accessories.
The moto buds 2 plus are the serious ones in the family. Tuned with Sound by Bose technology, they pack 11 mm drivers paired with Knowles balanced armatures for rich bass and crisp detail. Add Hi-Res Audio with LHDC support, Spatial Audio, and Dynamic ANC, and you have earbuds built for focus and full immersion.
Six microphones with Environmental Noise Cancellation handle calls, while CrystalTalk AI sharpens your voice in noisy places. You get up to 9 hours of playtime, or up to 40 hours with the case. Dual Connection, Audio Share, Wear Detection, and even moto ai features such as Catch me up and Pay attention round out the smart side.
The moto buds 2 are your everyday audio companions. They combine 11 mm dynamic drivers with 6 mm micro planar magnetic drivers, Hi-Res Audio, Spatial Audio, and Dynamic ANC up to 55 dB. Battery life stretches up to 11 hours per charge and up to 48 hours with the case. A quick 10-minute charge gives up to 3 hours of playback. Bluetooth 6.0, Gaming Mode, and Dual Connection keep things seamless.
The moto buds 2 plus start at €149 (about US$173), while the moto buds 2 start at €79 (about US$92).
