Ösa Is An Electric Off-road Motorbike That Can Be Configured Into A Mobile Workshop If Desired

Ösa Electric Off-road Motorbike by Cake 0 Emission AB

Think electric motorcycles, most people would think regular motorcycles with electric drive, or radical designs like those from, say, Curtiss Motorcycle. Ösa Electric Off-road Motorbike from Cake 0 Emission AB sits somewhere in between the two and that’s good enough reason to have our attention.

Ösa Electric Off-road Motorbike is an electric bike unlike anything you have seen. It may not look like it, but Ösa is a utility commuter motorbike with off-road capability and one that is designed with life and work in metropolitan cities.

Off-road capability is nothing new, but it as a mobile workbench certainly is. Wait, what? Workbench? Yup. Thanks to the unique clamp-on system, an integrated mobile power station, plus a host of customizable features, this little fellow could be a on-the-road workshop too.

In fact, to call it a mobile workshop does not do it justice because, Ösa can be configured as a cargo carrier, an outdoor kitchen of sort, and more.

Two versions are being offered: Ösa Lite and Ösa+. The former has a 4 kW electric drive that makes 45 km/h (30 mph) and has a range of 100 km (68 miles), while the latter is powered by a beefier 10 kW motor good for 100 km/h (63 mph) and 100 km (63 miles) range.

Whichever model you choose, it will be a 77 kg (170 lbs) street legal machine with off-road suspension as standard.

Such versatility and style does not come cheap, though The Ösa Lite starts at a cool $6,500 and the Ösa+ starts at an even cooler $8,500. Than again, this is full-fledged electric bike, not some fancy e-scooter.

Ösa Lite is classified as L1e-b in Europe and a “motor-driven cycle” in stateside while Ösa+ is a L3e-A1 transportation in EU and a scooter in the U.S.
