Redmagic is going all in with its collaboration with Honor of Kings. This year, Golden Saga is not limited to a gaming phone. It has spilled over to its gaming tablet, the Redmagic Tablet 3 Pro, a.k.a. Redmagic Astra. There is also a Golden Saga Edition Redmagic 16 Pro 2026 gaming laptop, but we do not have enough information at this point. We will feature it once we get hold of more details.
With the Redmagic Astra Golden Saga Tablet Bundle, or as it is known in China, the Redmagic Tablet 3 Pro Golden Saga Tablet Bundle, Redmagic has given the gaming tablet the full black-and-gold treatment worthy of Honor of Kings, featuring real gold components. Well, gold-plated mostly. But hey, it is still real gold.
Under the hood, it rocks the industry’s first-ever dual-layered, gold-plated vapor chamber, along with a dual gaming chipset setup featuring Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite and RedCore R3 Pro. Then there is the S3930 Xinsi touch control chip that supports wet fingers. The gold treatment is not limited to the internals either.
This thing is sprinkled with gold, including the gold-plated Golden Saga branding, gold-plated hardware button, and gold-plated Redmagic logo. Not everything luxe is gold, though. There is also a carbon fiber accent on the horizontal camera strip, protected by the same aerospace-grade sapphire glass with Mohs hardness 9 found on the Golden Saga phone.
In the box, you get a magnetic Kevlar protective case, a black-and-gold charging cable, a gold-plated custom Kevlar-pattern 80 W charging brick, and a black-and-gold VIP card.
Performance is further bolstered by LPDDR5T memory and UFS 4.1 Pro storage.
Other highlights include a 13 MP rear camera with EIS, a 9 MP front camera, an active Yufeng 2.0 fan spinning up to 20,000 RPM, customizable RGB lighting, illuminated Redmagic branding, a 165 Hz 9.06-inch OLED display with ultra-slim 4.9 mm bezels, an 8,200 mAh battery with 80 W fast charging, Wi-Fi 7, USB 3.2 Gen 2, Bluetooth 5.4, DTS:X Ultra stereo speakers, dual X linear haptic motors, fingerprint and face unlock, and a unibody 6013 high-strength aluminum alloy construction.
The Redmagic Tablet 3 Pro Golden Saga Tablet Bundle launched in China in a 24 GB + 1 TB configuration for 7,999 yuan [CH]. Meanwhile, the global Redmagic Astra Golden Saga Tablet is available for pre-order at US$1,299. If you want one, you may want to move fast, as the product page already says it is low on stock.
