Good news super fans of mecha and all-thing sci-fi anime, Robotech: The Macross Saga HD Edition has arrived. OK. We lied. It is good news only if you have a Nintendo Switch or intend to buy one because, the video game has just quietly appeared on Australian Switch eShop.
Robotech: The Macross Saga HD Edition, as the game title suggests, is an update of the Game Boy Advance title from 2002 with high-definition graphics. I vaguely remember playing this game, but never mind if I didn’t cos’ Macross or the butchered version (read: Robotech) always have a special place in my heart along with Genesis Climber MOSPEADA and Southern Cross.
Cyclone FTW! You can find the Robotech: The Macross Saga HD Edition for Nintendo Switch selling on Nintendo Australia eShop for AU$12.99. The 2021 HD version is published by GPC Games and it is rated PG.
