Goat Simulator Skipped 2, Jumps Straight To Goat Simulator 3

Goat Simulator 3 Video Game Pre-order

Don’t freak out. You did not get caught in a time warp. There was never a Goat Simulator 2 video game. Publisher/developer Coffee Stain Studios did not make a sequel until Goat Simulator 3. That’s right, it has been 8 years since the launch of the wildly hilarious Goat Simulator.

But why the number skipping? Well, in the good name of fun, here are reasons offered by the various members of the development team:

Whatever the real reason is… it does not matter. What matter is that the sequel is finally materializing and it will arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 17, 2022.

Pre-order for the game has started. It is available in two editions Pre-udder Edition aka Standard Edition and Pre-udder Digital Downgrade Edition aka Deluxe Edition.

Standard is just a copy of the game while Deluxe comes with a selection of remastered skins and items from Goat Simulator, allowing you to play as old-school Pilgor and have access to classic items like Full Tank armor, Goat Zero skin, space helmet, and suit, Masks of Don Pastrami, as well as the digital soundtrack. That’s not all.

Coffee Stain Studios has concocted a special collector’s Goat In A Box Edition for the true goat enthusiasts. It includes a custom goat box, a goat plushy, a steelbook, game and soundtrack discs, a double-sided poster, 3 postcards, pre-udder gear, as well as 10 remastered skins and gear from Goat Simulator, MMO Simulator, GoatZ, Waste of Space, and PayDay, and OG 2014 Pilgor, along with the digital soundtrack. The PC version of the Goat in a Box Edition further includes 3D printing files.

Goat Simulator 3 Goat in a Box Edition is available to order for Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 for £54.99 a pop. Meanwhile, the Standard Edition and the Deluxe Edition are also available for pre-order for £24.99 and £34.99, respectively, for PS5, Xbox X|S, and PC.
