If you are a huge fan of Spider-Man, well then you may want to swing by New York City because there’s a free wall-crawler-themed entertainment over at Sony Square NYC, located at 25 Madison Avenue. Called the Spider-Man: Homecoming VR Experience on Playstation VR, it is part VR arcade, part exhibition event where you will have the opportunity to get up close with props from the film, such Peter Parker’s backpack and Spider-Man costumes and you can also put yourself in Peter’s shoes by the virtue of virtual reality. If you are not a fanboy of any particular game console, you’d be torn like Sheldon did in Big Bang Theory when it comes to purchasing one. The simplest solution? Buy both, but just make sure you have an extra HDMI input in your home entertainment center and also spaces for both hardware. Or you could dream of a console that has both popular consoles crammed into a single unit. Such is what Xstation is all about. Coming from our favorite console mod guru, Ed Zarick, AKA Eds Junk, Xstation is the best of both worlds. Although life goes on for hardcore Playstation fans who missed out on the opportunity to own a 20th anniversary retro colorway Playstation 4, the stinging soreness of missing out the limited sale, or winning one, remains, and let me tell you this as a big Playstation fan: the feeling sucks. The soreness will be forever there even as we go about enjoying our regular Playstation 4 because the significance of that rig goes beyond the colorway. It is a reminder, a homage to the game console that changed how we game. This being the 21st century, not all hopes are lost. You can probably get a pre-owned set on eBay or Craigslist, at a mind-blowing price, or you could turn to this Indian company’s creation: Nova Starke Limited Playstation 4 Slim Retro Game Console. Apparent New Playstation 4 Slim Appeared On Auction Site, But Is It Real?

If you are hoping to get your hands on a supposed new Playstation 4 Slim way before Playstation Meeting, well, we have news for you. First, it is gone, or to be exact, the ad was removed and second, I personally doubt its authenticity. Though it is known that Sony will be releasing a competing product in response to Microsoft’s Xbox One S, the images, if anything, paints a fuzzy picture (not in a literal sense, btw). I am not sure if its the quality of the picture submitted to The Verge by the U.K.-based seller, or what, but it appears to me to be either a hoax or a prototype sneaked out of Sony’s lab. The rig is dressed in matte black and still sport the same horizontal split design, but this time, without the slant and also, it has rounded corners now and fancy footings.
