That’s right. The interactive Deadpool’s Head from 2020 is making a comeback. No doubt in a bit to ride the waves generated by the new Deadpool film. I was half expecting the Hasbro Marvel Legends Deadpool’s Head Premium Interactive Head to be an upgraded version of the 2020 release. Well, it is not.
It appears to be the same product that is now 5 years old. Hasbro did not even bother with new marketing materials. It just pulled the same product images from 2020. But it should be totally cool because it gives anyone who has missed the opportunity to buy one to do so now. There’s just one problem.
It was 99.99 bucks in 2020 but now Hasbro has bumped the price to a grand 129.99 dollars. What is up with the price bump for a product that is exactly what it was 5 years ago? Anyways, it may be worth it for fans who missed this product a few years ago because the Hasbro Marvel Legends Deadpool’s Head Premium Interactive Head is just about as close as you can get to having a piece of Deadpool. Hurray to the morbid you!
This head is packed with motors and sensors that allow it to create very Deadpool expressive movement and interactivity—just like your head. Maybe? The head is loaded with over 600 sounds and phrases—in English, of course—this means this head talks a lot. Like, really, really a lot. It is app-enabled, allowing you to make Deadpool say a bunch of things.
Oh, did we mention Deadpool’s Head is not so dead? Of course, it isn’t. In fact, it will respond to lights and movement but it will not eavesdrop on you. That will be too creepy even by the Merc with a Mouth’s standard.
