The most iconic building in the The Amazing Spider-Man comic series, the Daily Bugle skyscraper, is a LEGO set! This 3,772-piece set towers at an impressive 82 cm (32 inches!) tall and features an intricate version of the iconic newspaper building, complete with the demanding editor, J. Jonah Jameson’s and Peter Parker’s offices.
The LEGO 766178 Daily Bugle is as equally detailed on the inside as the outside. It has all the works, including whole three floors of detailed office spaces, the front street, and the back alley. As with most LEGO set, it has removable components, like walls and floors for increase playability.
Even more impressive is, it lets you play out famous settings, including the ground floor entrance that can be destroyed to look like an explosion has rocked the famous newspaper building and scene of Green Goblin smashing a window to get to Peter Parker’s office where his camera lies waiting for the next story.
Rounding up the towering set are an impossible number of minifigures – 25 (!) in total, including Spidey himself, along with Gwen Stacy, Venom, Mysterio, Doctor Octopus, Daredevil and Blade – just to name a few.
The LEGO 766178 Spider-Man Daily Bugle Set really is a must-have for die-hard fans of Spider-Man. But it will cost fans quite a bit.
The set will sell for a hefty US$299.99 when it goes on sale on June 01, 2021. LEGO VIP members can secure their copy starting on May 26, 2021. Recommended for ages 18 and up (obviously!).
