Yesterday, the Transformers fandom experienced a seismic event as HasLab unveiled its latest project: the Transformers Legacy Liokaiser Combiner. This Decepticon behemoth, hailing from the Japanese series “Transformers: Victory,” is set to make wallets tremble and shelves buckle.
For a mere US$299.99, you can own this six-in-one marvel, featuring Leozak, Gaihawk, Hellbat, Jallguar, Killbison, and Drillhorneach with a pet-turned-weapon Chest Animal accessory. Combine them, and voilà—a 12-inch Liokaiser ready to dominate your display. It will be a sight to behold. Unfortunately, it cannot turn invisible like in the series and even if it could, your credit card statement will still see him loud and clear.
If 10,000 fans pledge their allegiance by March 24, 2025, production will commence. I am pretty sure it will have no problem achieving that. The only question is how many tiers will get unlocked. Speaking of which… the stretch goals of this campaign include a seventh Deathcobra figure, an electromagnetic nunchaku (because regular nunchakus are so last century), and a trio of display bases.
This isn’t HasLab’s first rodeo—obviously. They’ve previously graced us with the likes of the colossal Unicron, the heroic Victory Saber, and the menacing Deathsaurus. And let’s not forget the dynamic duo of Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus combining into Omega Prime—a union that makes peanut butter and jelly look pedestrian.
If your shelves can handle it and your wallet is feeling daring, you might just want to join the party. Just remember to explain this “investment” to your family as a “rare collectible with immense historical value.”
