G.I. Joe x Transformers Autobot Kup Triple T Action Figure: The Old Man Put On Weight For This

G.I. Joe x Transformers Autobot Kup Triple T Action Figure

Well, it looks like it is going to be 2v2 between Autobots and Decepticons in the Transformers x G.I. Joe toy collection. Hasbro has officially taken the wrap off the fourth Transformers Collaborative G.I. Joe last week. Joining the G.I. Joe x Transformers Megatron H.I.S.S. Tank, the G.I. Joe x Transformers Bumblebee A.W.E. Striker and G.I. Joe x Transformers Soundwave Deadnok is Transformers Collaborative G.I. Joe x Transformers Autobot Kup Triple T.

Like the previous collab toys, the alt mode, which is the Triple T, looks great. But here’s the thing. While the bot mode of the previous G.I. Joe x Transformers crossovers looks fine, I cannot say the same for Kup. The old man with stories to tell looked like he had chowed down too many Energon a day. He is slightly on the plump side.

That aside, I cannot say that I am not excited about this new toy. I skipped Deadnok because the Soundwave and red color are really, really off. But I’d go with a slightly plus-sized Kup.

As far as the G.I. Joe x Transformers Autobot Kup Triple T goes, it transforms from heroic, old man Kup to the iconic G.I. Joe Triple T tank in 34 steps and it has not one but two 3.75-inch (9.5 cm) articulated action figures: Sgt Slaughter with a club (because Decepticons deserve some spanking on the ass), and Leatherneck with is accessorized with a blaster and backpack that can also be attached to the tank mode.

In bot mode, Autobot Kup towers at 22.8 cm (8.98 inches) and it boasts an articulated head, arms, and legs that would allow for some dynamic poses. But if my experience with Bee and Meg collab is worth anything, I’d say the articulation will be passable. Anyhoo, with 2 blasters and 2 missiles that can fit in both modes, Old Man Kup is locked and loaded to kick the butts of Soundwave and Megatron.

The Transformers Collaborative G.I. Joe x Transformers Autobot Kup Triple T will arrive on October 01, 2024, for US$89.99. Meanwhile, you may pre-order it from Hasbropulse.com. You may also pre-order the item on Amazon with Amazon’s pre-order price guarantee.
