The most anticipated pop culture event of the year—and the granddaddy of them all, San Diego Comic-Con—is underway, and Mattel sure has a bunch of toys to peddle. From dolls and action figures to die-cast cars and even a deck of UNO cards, the toy giant has rolled into SDCC 2026 with an impressive lineup of convention exclusives to coax you part with your hard-earned money.
Fret not if you are nowhere near San Diego. Mattel has made sure you are not completely left out. After all, no business is against your money, right? Most of the collectibles are also available through Mattel Creations, beginning July 23.

Monster High Skullector Ghouls Rule Lagoona Blue Doll
It is almost 100 days from Halloween, but it is not too early to start planning a party for Lagoona Blue. She joins the Monster High Ghouls Rule series as a special SDCC Skullector doll. Standing 10.5 inches tall with 11 points of articulation, she features an aquatic masquerade look with a pleated fin-sleeved dress, skeletal eel accents, and an angler fish demi mask.
The doll comes complete with iridescent makeup, specialized accessories, a custom kraken-themed stand, and premium angled window packaging. This exclusive set also includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
It is available for pre-order now for US$80 with shipping starting on or before July 31.
KPop Demon Hunters “How It’s Done” Ramyeon Figure 3-Pack
There’s more KPop Demon Hunters stuff. This time, it turns a “Q” turn. Mattel is also bringing the HUNTR/X Rumi, Mira, Zoey “How It’s Done” Collectible Set to SDCC 2026, a set of Chibi-style figurines inspired by the scene where the trio furiously devour their HUNTR/X-branded ramyeon cups mid-battle with demon flight attendants.
It is complete with plane-themed diorama packaging, featuring exposed wires, demon silhouettes, foil logos, and more. Each figure is 4-inch tall, and presented in their movie outfits and glittery makeup, with unique hair treatments and finishes, placed on different-colored stands.
It is available to order for US$50 with shipping on or before August 14, 2026.
WWE Rock N Wrestling Connection 3-Pack
Celebrating the historic June 16, 1984 episode of Piper’s Pit that kicked off WWE‘s mainstream Rock ‘n Roll Connection, Mattel is releasing a throwback action figure 3-pack for SDCC. The set includes the first-ever 6.5-inch Cyndi Lauper figure alongside “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and Captain Lou Albano.
Built with TrueFX technology for lifelike details—Mattel’s answer to Hasbro Photo Real Technology introduced in 2017—each articulated figure comes equipped with interchangeable parts and soft goods gear. To cap off the 1980s nostalgia, the set comes housed in premium window-box packaging styled after a vintage television set.
The set is up for pre-order for US$80 with shipping expected on or before August 14, 2026.
Mattel Brick Shop Hot Wheels Halo UNSC M12 Warthog Building Set
Commemorating Halo’s 25th anniversary, Mattel Brick Shop has introduced a buildable 1:22 scale UNSC M12 Warthog tactical vehicle featuring independent suspension for realistic movement. The set, which packs 935 pieces, offers extensive customization options, including swappable cannons, custom decals, and two sets of metal wheel covers.
It also comes complete with smooth resin bricks and an exclusive matching 1:64 scale Hot Wheels metal vehicle with a signature plate. Compatible with major building block brands, this set is designed as a standout piece for fans looking to build out their Elite Series collection.

Hot Wheels Top Gun 40th Anniversary Set

The Hot Wheels Top Gun 40th Anniversary Set celebrates four decades of the 1986 blockbuster with a premium collector’s presentation that pays tribute to the film’s aviation legacy.
Pre-order is happening now for this Top Gun set (US$35). Shipping is on or before October 09, 2026.
Masters of the Universe Gym Bro Skeletor Action Figure
If Skeletor spent more time lifting than plotting against He-Man, this is probably what he would look like. Actually, to be fair, he already looks like this. Perhaps this is just him letting us in on his little secret, and to convince us his bulk isn’t the result of magic (yah, right).
Mattel has taken inspiration from the Masters of the Universe live-action movie to create the convention-exclusive Movie Skeletor “Gym Bro” figure. The tongue-in-cheek collectible gives everyone’s favorite skeleton head villain a hilariously over-the-top gym rat treatment while still retaining plenty of Evil Lord of Destruction vibes.
The figure is complete with a barbell with weights, as well as dumbbells. Plus a gym towel. But of course.
Gym Bro Skeletor’s merchandise does not stop at an action figure. The master of Snake Mountain has gym posters, a couple of gym towels, a clear tumbler, a mug, and a bunch of apparel for both your gym days and villainous day/night outs.
The figure sells for US$50, but unfortunately, it appears to be sold out. It wasn’t sold out when I was writing this, but I took a long time to write this, and it got sold out. Bummer. The rest of the merch is available with prices ranging from US$18 to US$55.
Jurassic World Hammond Collection 25th Anniversary Comic-Style Velociraptor
Yup. There’s something for fans of the Jurassic franchise. Mattel is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Jurassic Park III with a special Collector Edition Hammond Collection Velociraptor featuring a vintage comic-book-inspired sculpt and paint deco. Measuring over 7 inches long, this dynamic figure offers multiple points of articulation for high-action posing.
The dinosaur comes housed in premium window-box packaging complete with classic comic cover and interior panel artwork. Designed as a tribute to SDCC’s comic roots, this unique release is a standout addition for collectors and fans of the franchise.
Unfortunately, pre-orders for this US$25 dino figure are sold out. Again, it was not when I started crafting this super long article.
Hot Wheels Stranger Things 10th Anniversary ’83 Chevy Van
To celebrate a decade of Stranger Things, Hot Wheels has recreated one of Season 1’s most memorable moments.
The set includes the 1983 Hawkins Power & Light Chevy Van, along with miniature versions of Mike and Eleven, Dustin, and Lucas riding their bicycles as they flee supernatural danger. Fans of the series will instantly recognize the scene.
I don’t believe it comes with a stand to recreate the flipping van overhead. But if I were you, I’d leave in the packaging where it recreated the scene, complete with a printed background. It’s like a freeze frame on your TV!
Ugh. It is sold out too! At least it is for the pre-order. This set has a list price of 40 bucks.
Hot Wheels KPop Demon Hunters Porsche 911 GT3 R (992)
One of the biggest Hot Wheels exclusives this year is the KPop Demon Hunters Porsche 911 GT3 R (992). Well, “biggest” for collectors of Hot Wheels and KPop Demon Hunters, that is.
Inspired by Netflix’s hit animated film, the Porsche is decorated to resemble Derpy, complete with blue furry graphics, tiger stripes, expressive facial details, and premium Real Riders wheels. It is equal parts race car and monster—which is kinda cool, and also reminds us of AO Racing’s Rexy GT3.
Not surprisingly, this US$30 die-cast co-branded model is also snapped up. I swear it wasn’t when I started this draft a couple of hours ago. Ugh.
