The Singaporean man with the thing for mechanized dieselpunk walking tank scale model is back. This time Michael Sng is bringing a new model called Codename Colossus M1A2 Light Walker Squad Leader ver. Caswell “Morphing Karambit” Utility Knife Makes Switchblade Looks A Toy

Calling all pocket knife and avid camping enthusiasts. This is a premium pocket knife you will want to have in your knife. I know. The look is impressive, but the Caswell “Morphing Karambit” (MKV2) Utility Knife impresses with more than just the alien-ish appearance. It is how it flicks open when your hand is securely holding it. Made no mistake, though. This isn’t a switchblade. It is not an automatic knife, nor is it an assisted-open knife (which are illegal in many places). Continue reading Caswell “Morphing Karambit” Utility Knife Makes Switchblade Looks A Toy

This Smart Sensor Is For Folks Who Always Need To Be In The Know

Move over smart tracker because there is a new sensor that does a lot more than telling you where your stuff are. It is called MicroBot Sense. This smaller-than-macaroon, button-like device may be tiny, but it is loaded with sensors, including 7 environment sensors, that enables Sense to pick up temperature, humidity, light intensity, relative air pressure, CO2 level, sound, vibration, and movements. But what can you do with Sense? Well, its applications wide and varied. You can use it to monitor conditions of blind spots within the home (like, for example, garden), gather environmental data when you are out and about, secure things that you don’t want people to touch or move, and automating actions in your workplace or home – just to point out a few. Wingbrush 2.0 Makes Cleaning Interdental Spaces, Ermmm, Sexy?

Notwithstanding the controversial report on how “there’s little proof that (dental) flossing works,” I still floss. I mean, seriously, we are not going to kid ourselves that interdental spaces are going to clean themselves out, are we? Interdental spaces are the elusive gaps out-of-reach of standard toothbrushes and they made up as much as 40 percent of the tooth surfaces. Flossing is a must and it should work just fine, right? Well, only if you can fit your hands in your mouth. With my gorilla-size hands, I surely can’t. This is where Interdental brush comes in. Boltron Adds Wireless Charging To Your Car Without Looking Hideous

Personally, I am not a fan of having a phone charging cradle in the car. I think it spoils the beautiful interior of the car and makes the car too much like an Uber ride. No offense to Lyft or Uber drivers, though. But the Boltron may just change my mind. May. Boltron, while sounding like Ultron or Voltron, is related to either in anyway. Boltron is a product of a Hong Kong-based gadget maker which aims to solve style conscious drivers’ woes of ugly smartphone charger/holder while promising to be super safe and also adding wireless charging capability to your phone. Meet Wado, The Ethical And Sustainable 80s-inspired Sneakers

Recently, a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter peddling sustainable shoes from a Spaniard startup piqued our interest. Now, sustainable footwear is not new, but if you look around, they are often quite pricey and that is one of the reason why we are drawn to the Wado Sustainable Sneakers. Thanks To Squasheet, The Struggle Of Folding Fitted Sheet Is Finally Over

When Squasheet pops in our inbox, I knew we have to feature it. Why? Because, the struggle of folding fitted sheet is very real. More so, if you are a perfectionist who demands everything to be neat and tidy, and now, we all know how ‘folded’ fitted sheet always end up looking, don’t we? It almost always end looking pretty much like a pile. But, what the heck is Squasheet? Well, it is a fitted sheet, but with some ingenuity, it negates the need for folding; instead, it stuff into itself, turning into a decorative throw pillow that you can use it on your couch, bed or wherever, until it is finally ready to be deployed. Absolutely brilliant! Continue reading Thanks To Squasheet, The Struggle Of Folding Fitted Sheet Is Finally Over
