you already paid top dollars for a roller pen, why not do the same for pencil? well, that’s assuming that you still have the need for one. but there are a few ‘issues’ associated with a traditional pencil: first, we hate the unavoidable chore of sharpening these age-old writing instrument cos’ we can never seem to locate our pencil sharpener when we needed one; second, even if we did manage to sharpened it, the pointed tip never fails to marred our beautiful stationery case’s interior or worst, put a hole through them; and third, it tend to get lost in our huge bag when it is not in the pencil case. however, the heftily priced Graf von Faber-Castell Perfect Pencil is the one luxe pencil that aims to eliminate the aforementioned pencil woes. it comes with a silver, platinum, or sterling silver-plated extender that also doubles as a nifty sharpener and it is also a cap with integrated multi-part spring clip that keeps it where you wanted it to be and not sink into the abyss of your bag (or probably just on your shirt’s pocket). additional features include a replaceable eraser – also with a cap and an attractive body crafted from Californian cedar, detailed with fine fluting. beautiful stuff but its sticker of $260 might be a little hard to swallow unless you are pretty well to do. another look after the break.
