It is clear now that LEGO wants Harry Potter fans to have a room large enough to contain the entire minifigure-scale Wizarding World. Sets released over the years, including the recent massive wave and icons like Luna Lovegood’s House, Hogsmeade Village, The Burrow, and more, all help you recreate an entire brick-built Harry Potter world.
Now, another piece of the puzzle has been announced. Folks, meet the LEGO Harry Potter The Ministry of Magic Collectors’ Edition (76476). This 3,491-piece set made for adult fans of LEGO (AFOLs) is the second minifigure-scale Wizarding World set to feature underground details after Gringotts Wizarding Bank. This means you will need not only a bigger room but also a display setup capable of showing what is happening below ground. A regular shelf has officially become inadequate.
The three-level model features a street-level London scene at the top—complete with a London Underground station, a public restroom, and the iconic red telephone box entrance. From there, minifigures can descend into the hidden subterranean Ministry below, which recreates the towering green-tiled Atrium, the Fountain of Magical Brethren, offices for Arthur Weasley and Dolores Umbridge, a courtroom, and the Department of Mysteries at the bottom. Public transport is rarely this magical—or this invasive of vertical shelf space.
Interactive functions include moving prophecy shelves and removable room sections for easier access. The set also brings 14 minifigures, including Harry, Ron, Hermione, Voldemort, Umbridge, Arthur Weasley, Kingsley Shacklebolt, and the first LEGO minifigure of Arabella Figg. Kingsley’s lynx Patronus makes its brick debut, too.
When completed, the Ministry measures over 20 inches (51 cm) tall, 14 inches (35 cm) wide, and 6 inches (15 cm) deep.
The LEGO Harry Potter The Ministry of Magic Collectors’ Edition launches for LEGO Insiders on August 29, 2026, before its general release on September 1 for US$449.99. At that price, perhaps the Ministry should also process your application for additional housing.
