If you ever worked with the older CAD programs, you may be familiar with a bank of dials that is used for intuitive control. The Orbital 2 Creative Joystick from Tokyo startup Brain Magic Inc. is a similar device to that, but with just one joystick-like device. Orbital 2 (also known as ‘O2’) aims to replace keyboard shortcuts used by digital artists and creatives. Xiaomi Is Crowdfunding Its First Fingerprint Sensor Computer Mouse

Xiaomi, China’s undisputed master of mixed consumer goods, has launched yet another crowdfund product. This time, it is a mouse with built-in fingerprint sensor which has a product name that literally translates to “J1 Finger Thinking Smart Fingerprint Mouse.” Obviously, fingerprint scanner-equipped mice aren’t new, but it is the first for Xiaomi and it is also the company’s 155th crowdfunding product. According to the Xiaomi’s crowdfunding platform, YouPin, the mouse is being distributed by Ding Ju Innovation (Beijing) Technology who will also oversee the after sale. Apple Updates iMac Family with Retina 4K and Retina 5K Displays

In the last keynote event in September, the classic one-liner “one more thing” was missing and it was probably missing intentionally as that “one more thing” was announced just today, in the form of updated iMac. Aesthetically, as you may have anticipated, it is still the iMac you love. Sporting the same aluminum chassis, but with updated displays. More notably, the smaller of the two-model iMac lineup will get the option of 4K, which provides 4 fold in resolution. While it may seem like the 27-inch model aren’t going anywhere with display resolution, Apple surprises us with Retina 5K display – now available across all 27-inch iMac and not just for the range-topper.
