Microsoft Xbox Series X Video Game Console

In addition to the surprise smallest Xbox ever, Microsoft has also revealed that the flagship, the next-generation Xbox Series X, will drop November 10 and for US$499, or US$34.99 for 24 months with Xbox All Access. Pre-order is slated to kick off starting on September 22.

As for the console itself, you probably already know what there is to know.

Here’s a refresher in case you need one: The next-gen Xbox will features Xbox Velocity Architecture, custom 1 TB SSD, 12 teraflops of processing power, true 4K gaming and 8K-ready, graphics at up to 120 fps, faster load time, and, for the first time ever on any console, a split motherboard that allows the console to maintain an evenly controlled temperature across its internal while allowing for more power output.

In addition to the split motherboard, it has an advanced cooling made of a heat-sink chassis, vapor chamber, and whisper-quiet fan that promised a quiet and cool console.

With a new console, it also comes with a new Xbox Wireless Controller, featuring sculpted surfaces and refine geometry. The controller also touts a hybrid D-pad, textured grip, and will allow you to capture and share content seamlessly as you play.
