Wave 3 of Bandai Digimon Devices

The kind of animals people keep as pets can be quite ridiculous. Like, who the hell keeps tigers and lions in their backyard??? I am sure there are folks out there long for monsters as pets. And monsters you shall have with the new Bandai Digimon devices.

Basically, Digimon devices are like action packed Tamagotchi. For those aren’t aware of the happening in the toy universe, Digimon is very much alive today. In fact, Bandai America is launching Wave 3 of Digimon devices this fall.

Wave 3 of Bandai Digimon Devices

Available in seven delightful colors, including glow-in-the-dark and neon hues, that hide the true nature of your pet creature, Digimon lets you care for it and nurture (read: train) it to battle other Digimon devices. That’s way more interactive your sweet little Tamagotchi.

For those who are totally clueless about what Digimon is, here’s something to bring up to speed:

“Bandai Digimon is the unique Digital Monster from cyberspace. Accessed from Megalithic Mainframe, Digimon comes to you to be hatched, raised and trained for the ultimate monster match — a cyber showdown between one Digimon and another. With the exclusive dock ’n rock action, you link up your Digimon with your friend’s Digimon — only one will win! Who will reign victorious? It depends on how well you raised and trained your Digimon. Feed him well and train him thoroughly because when the time comes for Digimon to return to the Megalithic Mainframe, his ultimate honor is to be the strongest!”

Wave 3 of Bandai Digimon Devices

It is totally easy to start, but whether or not your pet digital kaiju will rein supreme is really depend on your effort. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
