Zoo Tycoon: The Board Game - All In - Deluxe

Who would have thought that a video game would be turned into a board game? I certainly did not but here it is, the popular business sim game from Frontier Developments and Blue Fang Games, Zoo Tycoon, is now a board game. And no, it is not a Monopoly game. That would have been too easy.

Zoo Tycoon: The Board Game - All In - Deluxe

It is basically the Zoo Tycoon played out by 1-4 players in the real world on a board. With the Zoo Tycoon: The Board Game – All In – Deluxe, you’d be getting the full Zoo Tycoon experience which includes the base game, the expansion (New Shores), and the additional species pack all-in-one and as Deluxe versions.

It features 558 beautifully silkscreen printed Animal Meeples for that extra immersive game experience. Each player is given the freedom to develop his or her zoo in which “each animal species feels unique and plays distinctly differently.”

Speaking of animals, with the vivarium and a completely new animal exchange that features reptiles, aquatic/semiaquatic animals, and Australian species there is a lot to be discovered and strategies to explore.

The board game includes a rule book, a solo rule sheet, a scoreboard, an animal exchange and sheet, 4 zoo boards, 4 staff boards, 12 overview cards, 89 animal cards, 7 donor cards/18 event cards, 172 enclosure tiles, 33 tuck boxes, 35 co-species tiles, 53 building tiles, and more.

The Zoo Tycoon: The Board Game – All In – Deluxe, which was originally available through a successfully funded Kickstarter campaign, is now available at Treecer for a limited time as a pre-order with delivery in Q2 2025. It is available in German and English, priced at 184 CHF (about US$215).
