Are Pokémon monsters sinister? Not at all. If anything, they are more adorable than nightmarish, and that’s probably the whole idea as, obviously, it is not supposed to scare the hell out of children. Even when there are occasional graphic glitches, where two or more Pokémon appeared fused together in Pokémon Go, it is not entirely blasphemous, nor is it sinister. However, they could very well be and they actually are (sinister) when artist BrachyZoid reimagined these glitches as entirely new species of Pokémon. Brachy, as he is also known as, has been filling his Twitter account with tweets of the fusion Pokémon based on screenshots sent to him by Pokémon Go gamers.
While a little on the blasphemous side, we can’t help but to admire BrachyZoid’s works of art. I would say they are strangely alluring despite their hideous looks. Don’t believe? Just take a look at some of his works below and be your own judge.

Not enough to fuse but good enough for a scene. pic.twitter.com/waLF500stg— Brachy (@BrachyZoid) July 30, 2016

Brachy is not alone. Apparently, what he did kick started a movement where other talented folks like him also did the same, and the results are equally amazing. Go on and check’em out.

And this one is my personal favorite:

And nothing like a good pixelated version of a geodude and duoduo mashup…
