I know the new Corsair WARTHOG Airflow Mid-Tower PC Case looks like it belongs in the Halo franchise, or like the PC case Master Chief would use if he had a desktop, but it is not Halo-related merch. This newest Corsair PC case is as military as it gets. It features rugged steel construction, integrated carry handles, and an Olive Drab option. Yes, this PC case looks ready for deployment.
The WARTHOG pays homage to Corsair’s cult-favorite Vengeance C70 from 2012, but it is not simply a reissue. It has been rebuilt around the FRAME 4000D chassis, providing a roomier interior, modern cooling support, and fewer excuses for leaving your cables looking like field communications after an artillery strike.
It supports reverse-connector motherboards, graphics cards measuring up to 400 mm (15.7 inches), and includes an anti-sag stabilization arm. Corsair’s RapidRoute 2.0 pegboard motherboard tray helps organize cables, while InfiniRail mounting systems let builders reposition 120 mm and 140 mm fans.
Cooling support is suitably excessive. The chassis accommodates three 360 mm radiators and up to thirteen 120 mm or seven 140 mm fans. The standard WARTHOG includes no fans, while the WARTHOG RS arrives with two enormous 200 mm front intake fans and one RS120 rear exhaust fan.
But let us talk about the important stuff: the front controls. Power, reset, and rear-I/O lighting are operated through fighter-jet-style switches protected by metal bollards. Starting your PC may not launch a missile, but the physical ceremony suggests that it could.
Then there is the red “REMOVE BEFORE BUILD” tag attached to the USB-C port cover. It completes the aircraft-ground-crew aesthetic while protecting a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C connection capable of 20 Gbps transfers. Two USB-A ports and a headphone/microphone jack sit nearby.
The Corsair WARTHOG comes in Black or Olive Drab, with U.S. prices starting at US$179.99. The fan-equipped WARTHOG RS asks US$199.99. Pre-orders are open—though only the Black version is available at the time of this post. Shipping is expected to begin within four weeks.
