Cyberpunk 2077 is back, but this time, it’s coming to your coffee table. No, you’re not installing any updates—this is Cyberpunk 2077 – The Board Game, where you and up to three friends can dive into the chaos of Night City without worrying about a glitch.
CD Projekt RED and Go On Board have teamed up to bring the gritty, neon-lit world of Cyberpunk to your living room, with dice, miniatures, and 13 missions full of mayhem.
The game imagines an alternate reality that takes a hard left from a key event in the video game. What could possibly go wrong in Night City this time? Well, everything, but now you get to decide how. Play as fan favorites like V, Judy, Panam, or Jackie as you tackle tactical missions, and try not to get flatlined by the local fixers. The stretch goals in the crowdfunding campaign are already dropping, including a Johnny Silverhand miniature, because of course, Johnny wouldn’t miss the party.
The board game is fast-paced, with a time-pressure mechanic that keeps the heat on, just like the game itself. With over 50 Street Stories and a high replay value through the Afterlife Mission Generator, you won’t run out of ways to lose yourself—and probably a few limbs—in Night City.
If you backed it on the first day, you got a V miniature equipped with mantis blades. If not, don’t worry—you’ve got until December 2025 to get your crew together before the game hits the shelves. Keep an eye on those stretch goals though, because Night City always has a few surprises up its sleeve.
