Why does it feel like Honor is taking a stab at its former “father”? First, it was the perfume earbuds that seemed to be aiming at the lipstick earbuds from several years ago, and now it has, wait for this… wireless mouse earbuds. This product, officially called the Honor Choice Yuewo Earbuds Mouse Pro, feels like Honor is taking a stab at Huawei’s smartwatch earbuds.

And yes, a wireless mouse with TWS is a thing. There’s really no secret here. It is a pair of TWS earbuds with a functional wireless mouse serving as the charging case. Now, at first, it may sound like a silly idea. But if you think about it, the Honor Choice Yuewo Earbuds Mouse Pro [CH] is yet another one-less-thing-to-bring gadget.
If you are on the road with a laptop, you are likely to need a pair of earbuds and a mouse, so a 2-in-1 makes perfect sense. Hell, you could even say it is a desk-space saver. Now you do not have to deal with hanging cans or a charging case occupying your precious desktop real estate. But if you do not need a mouse, then perhaps you could go with a laptop with TWS.
The mouse has an ergonomic design with an excimer laser skin-feel coating, while the earbuds boast semi-open comfort with active noise cancellation. It automatically adapts to the user’s ear canal, blocking out noise without causing ear stuffiness. Dual-mic AI call noise reduction comes standard too.

The mouse features quiet buttons thanks to the custom TTC quiet switch, which has a rated lifespan of up to 5 million clicks. Back to the earbuds, they boast dual-magnetic dynamic drivers.
The charging case packs a whopping 1,000 mAh battery—possibly the largest ever on any TWS—good for a mind-bending 30 days of playback. Charging is via the onboard USB-C port.
As for compatibility, the mouse works with both Windows (10 or newer) and macOS (10.13 or later).
The Honor Choice Yuewo Earbuds Mouse Pro has been launched in China for 269 yuan [CH] (about US$39).
