If you do, then you’ll want to check out this frivolous gadget called the Keychron Big Kitty Paw Key. It is, quite literally, one giant mechanical key—nothing more, nothing less.
Standing tall at over 17 cm (~6.7 inches), the Big Kitty Paw Key is a single-key device that plugs into your computer via Type-C and works on macOS and Windows. Out of the box, it defaults to “Enter,” but thanks to Keychron Launcher and QMK, you can map it to anything—from muting Zoom calls to launching your favorite game. It’s basically the nuclear option of keystrokes.
The cap itself is an oversized 3D kitty paw made of soft, squishy silicone that completely fills the palm of your hand. Tap it, smash it, or stress-squeeze it—it’s part keyboard, part stress toy, and part desk ornament. A suction cup at the bottom lets you mount it upright like some bizarre cat shrine, and the entire cap is swappable if you feel like designing your own paw-tastic replacement.
