a sci-fi spacecraft, it is not. the MB&F MusicMachine you see here is actually an outrageous music box, created by premier music box maker REUGE and luxury time piece maker, MB&F. taking on a form unlike no other, this spaceship features a pair of cylinders that actually serves up six preset tunes – three from each cylinder. the left cylinder offers you classic movie anthems which include Star Wars theme, the imperial March from The Empire Strikes Back, and Star Trek theme, and on the other side, you will be treated to rock classics (anthems, actually), including Pink Floyd‘s Another Brick in the Wall, Deep Purple‘s Smoke on the Water, and Imagine by the late John Lennon. according to MB&F, these tunes are carefully selected to reflect MB&F’s radical, nonconformist attitude. so what else do you get out of it? nothing. keeping in mind that this is, after all, a music box and not a media player, but it will certainly be one heck of a conversational piece. pricing and availability are not made known at this point, but it is safe to assume that this sweet little piece of neo-retro sci-fi music box is going to cost quite a fortune. in the mean time, do check out some larger images in the mini gallery below or learn more HERE.
