Nextbase Series 2 Dash Cam Is Bluetooth-enabled, Has Alexa Built-in

Europe’s biggie in dash cam, Nextbase, has just launched a new series of dash cameras that bring to the table Bluetooth technology, as well as built-in Alexa. Nextbase Series 2 Dash Cameras comprises of five new products, plus an entirely new modular rear-view camera system, powered by Ambarella. The line up includes five dash cams and three modular, plug-in cameras that can record the rear or vehicle cabin. The five dash cams are 122, 222, 322GW, 422GW and 522GW.

In addition there are two rear camera system, a rear window module camera and a rear view module camera, and a cabin view module camera. Key features include 35 percent smaller physical size, Click&Go PRO powered mounting system with neodymium magnets, Intelligent Parking Model, AutoSync via Bluetooth technology (select models) and WiFi to automatically send video files to your smartphone, built-in screen, and support for Alexa (also on select models).

Furthermore, high-end models come equipped with Emergency SOS feature that will alert the emergency services in the event of a serious collision and the driver is unresponsive. It is worthy to mention that this is not any Emergency SOS feature; Nextbase’s Emergency SOS has a series of fail safe protocols to ensure there are no false call outs, plus it can be preloaded with medical history, such as blood type, and next-of-kin.

Nextbase Series 2 Dash Cam are available at Best Buy Stores stateside and online at BestBuy.com since June 9th, 2019. Prices range from $79.99 and runs up to $259.99 for the highest end model.
