Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition

Did you get your hands on the Nothing Phone (2a) yet? No? Good because we have good news for you. Well, good news, assuming that you have been thinking of getting the device but have not. Nothing has recently launched a special edition Phone (2a) with a new colorway.

Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition

OK. Not quite a colorway but more like adding some colors to the white version to create a very cool pattern on the back of the phone. Where the previous Nothing Phone is monochrome, in either black or white, the Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition has quite a bit of color.

It is still a transparent device but the white internal back now has splashes of red, yellow, and blue, along with gray patterns. The device is a celebration of primary colors that have previously appeared on other Nothing products but never together.

Beyond the interesting cosmetics, the Phone (2a) is pretty much the same device you already knew. This means it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC, a chip born out of a 4 nm process, and features a 120 Hz 6.7-inch AMOLED display, a 50 MP main snapper with OIS, a 50 MP ultra wide-angle camera, a 32 MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery.

The Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition is offered only in 12 GB + 256 GB configuration, and in limited quantity. Unfortunately, the £349 device appears to be sold out. At least it looks to be the case on the Nothing website.
