we are not fans of blasting our music collection out of our smartphone’s single speaker but in case you do, Pantech has just the handset for you: the Pantech Discover (P9090) LTE Smartphone, a 4G smartphone that boast dual speakers setup located at the upper left and right side of the phone. the speakers not only offer you “3D Surround” audio goodness but they also give the phone its unique curves that makes it aesthetically pleasing and stands out from its competitions whom usually have flat backs (to be honest, we find it rather intriguing and that’s a start). the Discover is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 processor and runs off Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, which kind of odd considering Android 4.1 has been sweeping into the market of late. other features include a 4.8-inch HD touch display with 1,280 by 720 resolution, 16GB of onboard storage, microSD card slot expandable up to 32GB, a massive 12.6-megapixel main camera, complemented by a 2.0-megapixel front-facing item. the Pantech Discover LTE Smartphone is available through U.S. carrier, AT&T for just $49.90 with customer contract agreement, which would otherwise goes for $399.99. though we are not entirely sure if there are any ‘non-contract’ Discover to go around.
